How it works:
Hour 1 - Audit & Strategy. A live working session. We ask the questions that expose the gaps and problem areas, and we select one focus area for the day.
Hours 2-4 - Execution. We do the work. You have the option to stay on the call, check in periodically, or unplug entirely.
Hour 5 - Documentation & Handoff. Live walkthrough and recording of what changed.
